These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5777d ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 5777d website, its online casino games, sports betting services, and all related services offered through the platform. • 5777d reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

5777d does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that accessing and using 5777d is lawful in their location. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi and all other regions of Bangladesh should be aware of and comply with applicable local laws.

5777d processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved local payment methods. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount at 5777d is ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposits; however, very large transactions may be subject to additional verification as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All deposits are processed in BDT. 5777d does not accept deposits via credit card, debit card issued outside Bangladesh, or any cryptocurrency.
• Deposits are credited to your 5777d BDT wallet in real time under normal circumstances. In the event of a technical issue causing a delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number. 5777d is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's network.
• Funds deposited at 5777d must be used for gaming purposes. 5777d reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that cannot be verified as legitimate or that appear to be deposited without the intention to play.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit whenever possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Under normal operating conditions, withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. In cases where KYC verification is outstanding or additional checks are required, processing times may be extended. 5777d will communicate any delays to the affected player via their registered contact information.
• 5777d does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Any charges levied by the receiving payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are outside 5777d's control and will be deducted by the payment provider from the received amount where applicable.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or held if the account has active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been completed, if KYC documentation has not been submitted and approved, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5777d does not accept third-party payments. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the 5777d account holder. Withdrawals will only be made to the account holder directly. This requirement is a core component of our AML compliance programme and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

• All bonuses at 5777d are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless a different rollover is specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement completion procedure. Bonuses may not be shared between accounts.
• 5777d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel bonus credits from a player's account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and are limited to one claim per household address, IP address, and payment account. Subsequent registrations by a player who has previously claimed the welcome bonus will not be eligible for the welcome offer.

5777d does not offer any facility to guarantee wins or to provide an advantage to any individual player over other players or over the house. Any tool, system, or strategy that purports to beat the house edge in a certified casino game is not endorsed or supported by 5777d. Players use such systems at their own discretion and at their own risk.

By using 5777d, you agree not to engage in any conduct that is harmful to the platform, to other players, or to the integrity of the games. The following actions are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest conduct of any kind, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or impersonation of another person.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or otherwise interact with the 5777d platform in a manner not available to a standard human player.
• Collusion with other players to fix the outcome of any game or sporting event, or coordinating play across multiple accounts to generate artificial results.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the software, code, or systems underlying the 5777d platform.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, layering funds through multiple transactions to obscure their origin, or using the 5777d platform as an intermediary for financial transfers unrelated to legitimate gaming activity.

5777d actively cooperates with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 5777d will take all necessary steps including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned from the platform.

5777d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to control how much they spend. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5777d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. 5777d's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5777d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms, as displayed on this page with its effective date, supersedes all prior versions. Continued use of the 5777d platform after amended Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms.
